If you know how to sew, own a sewing machine, looking to work from home on a flexible schedule, and live in El Dorado Hills, this might be for you!

I'm Melanie and I run Lemonee on the Hills, a small business of handmade goods based on my landscape photography. I started my business a few years ago part time and became a full time job in 2016. I'm looking to grow my pool of independent contractors that will work from their home.

At this moment, the heat/cold therapy pads is the line of product that I'm subcontracting:

Is it you?

  • You're equipped to sew at home;

  • Are responsible and reliable;

  • Like to work at your own pace and according to your schedule;

  • Live in or close to El Dorado Hills, CA;

  • Care about quality and deadlines.

  • You're supplied with fabric and thread;

  • I'll be teaching you in person my methods and you'll be going home with a step-by-step instructions sheet;

  • Five hours of training is paid hourly, then you're be paid by the unit. The more efficient you become, the better hourly rate;

The work load fluctuates. This is an independent contracting position and you will need to supply a W9 before starting accepting work. I will send out to all sub-contractors the work load available with a deadline and you'll always have the option to take it or not.
