Refunds & Exchanges
If you think your order is lost in the mail, first check the tracking details. If the package is in transit, the tracking information should indicate an expected delivery date. If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered but you have not received it, contact me so we can try to track it down.
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Having said that, because all pieces are lovingly handmade by me, each one is unique! This is the wonderful thing about handcrafted goods.
If you feel you have received something different from what you expected, you may return your piece within 30 days of receipt of item for an exchange or refund. Refund will be issued upon receipt of item intact and resellable.
Full refunds including shipping are only given if I grossly misrepresented the item, the item arrives damaged (pictures required), or the package is lost.
Please remember: depending on your screen, color accuracy may vary. I cannot be held responsible for colors not matching your screen.
I do not pay for return shipping. However, if I have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product) that requires a return or exchange I will issue a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.
I can provide return shipping labels, but I would deduct the cost of the label from the refund.

It will be sent to you once your items are packed and includes a link to check the status of the shipment. International shipments are not updated outside of the US until delivery is confirmed.
